Honest status for permit. Owner provides coordination geometry + program lock. Licensed AOR/PE trace on ALTA, add details, and seal. Nothing on this site is a construction stamp until signed.

Not stampable as-is: Old L-core A0.1/A1.1 sheets, empty PDF downloads, markdown-only stubs without AOR CAD trace, and schematic SVG without door schedules / wall types / ALTA dimensions.
May 2026 upgrade: REV 9.5 A1.1/A1.2, new A0.1 (Maison not L-core), FS1.1 life safety sheet — title blocks, dimensions, notes, supersede warnings. AOR traces these into CAD at 1/4"=1' and seals.
